Apply to become a candidate node

1. Scenario

Bob wants to become an aelf production node, participate in block production, and maintain the operation of the entire aelf ecosystem. At this time, Bob needs to apply for a node on the aelf Blockchain Explorer.

2. Procedure

2.1 Bob goes to the aelf Blockchain Explorer and logs in to his aelf browser plug-in NIGHT ELF;

2.2 After entering the voting module, Bob read through the requirements and voting rules of the node election as outlined in the the node election plan, he then mortgaged 100,000 ELF, filled in the node information, and completed the application through the plug-in authorization. At this time, Bob has become a candidate node;

2.3 When a user votes for Bob and he ranks in the top 17 (there are 17 production nodes in the first year, and 2 more will be added each year thereafter), Bob will become a production node.
